Game objective

Baccarat is a card game which is played between the Player and the Banker. 8 card decks which each contains of 52 cards, are used to play the game. Before cards are dealt, the Player makes a bet on whether the hand dealt to the Player or Banker is closest to number 9. The Player also has an option to bet on Tie meaning that the Player and Banker hands are of equal value.

How to play?

Before cards are dealt, the Player needs to choose bet amount and place a bet in any of the betting areas – Player, Banker or Tie. After betting time is over, 2 cards are dealt both to the Player and the Banker.

After 2 cards have been dealt both to the Player and the Banker, the “Third card rules” applies (see below) and it determines whether third card is necessary or not. No one participating in the game gets more than three cards.

If the value of Player’s and Banker’s cards is the same, a Tie is declared and all bets (except Tie bets) are returned (pushed). If the value of the Player’s or the Banker’s two first cards is 8 or 9 (“Natural”), then third card will not be dealt.

If the value of the Player’s or the Banker’s two first cards is from 0 to 7, third card will be dealt based on the “Third card rules”.

Third card rules:

If the value of the Player’s first two cards is:

• from 0 to 5, third card is dealt to the Player;

• 6 or 7, third card is not dealt to the Player;

• 8 or 9 (“Natural”), third card is not dealt to the Player nor the Banker.

If the value of the Banker’s first two cards is:

• from 0 to 2, third card is dealt to the Banker;

• from 3 to 6, the Player’s third card determines whether the Banker gets a third card or not;

• 7, third card is not dealt to the Banker;

• 8 or 9 (“Natural”), third card is not dealt to the Player nor the Banker.

If the Banker’s third card is dependent on the Player’s third card, the following rules apply:

If the Player has two cards (6, 7), then for the Banker’s two cards with the value of 3, 4 or 5, third card will be dealt and for the Banker’s two cards with the value of 6, third card will not be dealt.

If the Player gets dealt a third card and it is:

2 or 3

• And the Banker’s first two cards have a total value of 0, 1, 2, 3 or 4, third card is dealt to the Banker.

• And the Banker’s first two cards have a total value of 5, 6 or 7, third card is not dealt to the Banker.

4 or 5

• And the Banker’s first two cards have a total value of 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5, third card is dealt to the Banker.

• And the Banker’s first two cards have a total value of 6 or 7, third card is not dealt to the Banker.

6 or 7

• And the Banker’s first two cards have a total value of 0, 1, 2, 4, 5, or 6, third card is dealt to the Banker.

• And the Banker’s first two cards have a total value of 7, third card is not dealt to the Banker.

8

• And the Banker’s first two cards have a total value of 0, 1 or 2, third card is dealt to the Banker.

2. BLACKJACK GAME RULES

- Game objective

- How to play?

- Cards

- Payouts

- Return to player

Game objective

The objective of Blackjack is to get a higher value of cards than the dealer without exceeding 21.

How to play?

Starting left from the dealer, one face up card is dealt to each player. One face up card is dealt also to the dealer.

Second face up card is dealt in the same order to each player but the second card for dealer will be dealt face down. If all initial cards have been dealt, all players get a chance to improve the value of his/her cards. The order of improving card value is the same as cards were dealt. During player’s turn, he/she has an option to stay with the initial cards (“Stand) or ask for one or more cards (“Hit” or “Draw”). If player decides to Stand, player’s turn is over.

Player also has an option to change his/her bets in the following ways:

• Splitting pairs

Pairs or two cards with the same value can be split into two different hands and the initial bet applies to both hands. If player splits his/her hand, second card will be dealt to both hands and the player has an option to Stand or Hit/Draw to improve the value of the cards. If the player decides to Stand with the first split hand, second card will be dealt to the second split hand and player again has an option to Stand or Hit/Draw. Different rules apply to split Aces. If the Player splits a pair of Aces, both Aces receive only one extra card and player does not have an option to Hit/Draw. In addition if the hand with a split Ace has a total value of 21, it is not considered as Blackjack and it loses to the dealer’s Blackjack.

• Doubling down

After first two cards have been dealt, the player has an option to double down which means that the player makes an additional bet equal to his/her initial bet and receives only one extra card for his/her two cards. The player doesn’t have the option to use doubling down after splitting pairs.

• Insurance

If the dealer’s first card is an Ace, player can use Insurance which is a bet equal to 0.5 times of player’s initial bet. If the dealer has Blackjack, the insurance is paid out 2:1. If the dealer does not manage to get Blackjack, player loses the insurance. Player has the right to use the insurance even if he/she himself/herself has Blackjack.

• House rules

Unlike the players, dealer does not have an option to choose when to Hit/Draw or Stand. Dealer must Hit/Draw if the total value of cards is 16 or lower and Stand if the total value is 17 or higher. Soft hand is a hand where Ace is considered as 1 or 11 without the total value of cards exceeding 21. Hard hand is a hand where all Aces are considered as 1 to avoid the total value of cards exceeding 21.

In case the player’s cards total value exceeds 21, the player Busts and loses all bets immediately. Otherwise player’s bets are unsettled.

If the total value of player’s first two cards is 21, player has received Blackjack. The player is not allowed to Hit/Draw in case of Blackjack. If there is no chance for the dealer also to get Blackjack (this is in case if the dealer’s face up card is not a Picture card, 10 or Ace), then the player wins his/her bets immediately during his/her turn and they are paid out 3:2. If there is a chance for the dealer to also get Blackjack, player’s bets remain unsettled until the total value of the dealer’s cards is known.

If all players have made a decision for their cards, the dealer turns over the face down card and either Stands or Hits/Draws based on the house rules. If the total value of the dealer’s cards exceeds 21, the dealer Busts and all unsettled bets are considered as winning bets.

If the dealer Stands without Busting, every players’ total value of cards is compared to the total value of the dealer’s cards. If the total value of the player’s cards is closer to 21 than the dealer’s, the player wins. If the total value of the dealer’s cards is closer to 21, the player loses. If the total value of both the player’s and dealer’s cards is equal, Tie is announced and all bets are returned (Pushed) which means that the player neither wins nor loses his/her bets. If all bets are settled, the dealer announces new betting round.

Cards

Picture cards (Jack, Queen, King) are equal to number 10. Aces are equal to number 1 or 11. If the player has decided to Stand and there is one or more Aces among the player’s hand, then Aces are taken as the highest possible card without the total value of cards exceeding number 21.

Payouts

Blackjack or in other words if the total value of two cards is 21 and it is not received by splitting two Aces, is paid out 3:2 until the dealer does not have a Blackjack. If both the player and the dealer has Blackjack, all bets are returned (Pushed). Blackjack is stronger than any hand consisting of three or more cards with the total value of 21. All other winning combinations are paid out 1:1. In case there is a Tie between the player and the dealer, bets are returned (Pushed) and neither one wins nor loses. The player Busts and loses all of the bets if the total value of his/her cards exceeds number 21.

Depending on the game provider, payouts might be different. Provider specific payouts can be found from Live Casino Blackjack tables.

Return to Player

Theoretical return to player in Blackjack is at least 99.28%. In addition to those rules there might be applicable specific table rules which can be found from Live Casino Blackjack tables.

5. CASINO HOLD’EM POKER GAME RULES

- Game objective

- How to play?

- Game outcome

- Payouts

- Return to player

Game objective

Poker variation Casino Hold’em which is also known by name Caribbean Hold’em, is a five card poker variation. Game is very similar to Texas Hold’em but differs from it by playing against the house not other players.

The objective of card game Casino Hold’em is to win the dealer’s poker hand by getting the best possible five card hand which is formed of 2 cards dealt to the player and five common cards.

To add excitement the game has an option to place a side bet, bonus bet, which is paid out if among the first five cards (player’s two cards plus three common cards) are dealt either a pair of Ace or stronger pair. Bonus bet is optional.

How to play?

Casino Hold’em Poker is player with one deck of cards which consists of 52 cards (excluding jokers). One deck of cards is used to play only one game and after each game cards are shuffled.

All players play the same deal.

To play the game, the player needs to place an initial bet on the Ante bet. Optionally player can also make bonus bet.

Before cards are dealt, the deck of cards is cut with a special cutting card. This is done by the shuffler.

The dealer deals the initial cards in the following order:

• One face up card to the player;

• One face down card to the dealer;

• One face up card to the player;

• One face down card to the dealer;

• Three common cards to the middle of the table.

Those three common cards are to be used to form a poker hand both to the player and the dealer. The player sees the initial cards from left to right.

Now the player needs to evaluate winning chances and decide whether to Call – make a Call bet and continue playing – or Fold and lose all bets.

To receive bonus bet payout, the player needs to Call.

If the player choses to Call, he/she continues to play and makes a Call bet which is always twice the size of the Ante bet. Call bet is automatically deducted from player’s account and placed to Call bet area.

If the player choses to Fold, he/she loses all of the bets – Ante and bonus bet. To make new bets, the player needs to wait for a new game round.

Once decision time is over and the player has not made a decision to Call or Fold, the hand is automatically Folded and player loses all of the bets.

Once decision time is over, the dealer deals two more common cards (which are called Turn and River) and also reveals his/her two initial cards.

To identify the winner a highest winning combinations are automatically created both for the player and dealer by using five of the seven cards.

Game outcome

For a qualifying hand the dealer needs to have a pair of fours or a better combination.

If the dealer has a pair of fours or a better combination, his/her poker hand is compared to the player’s poker hand.

If the dealer’s hand is not qualifying, the player wins. Ante bet is paid out according to the paytable but Call bet is returned to the player.

If the dealer’s hand is qualifying but lower than the player’s hand, the player wins. Ante bet is paid out according to the paytable and Call bet is paid out 1:1.

If the dealer’s hand is qualifying and higher than the payer’s hand, the player loses. Player loses both Ante and Call bet.

If the player and the dealer have exactly the same poker hand, it is a tie or in other words Push. Push means that no one wins nor loses. Player’s Ante and Call bets are returned.

If the player’s and the dealer’s poker hand is the same kind, the hand which includes more higher cards (e.g. 3 Kings win 3 Queens; Straight Queen, Jack, 10, 9, 8 wins Straight 10, 9, 8, 7, 6).

If the player and the dealer are in tie, the winner is decided by the next highest card which is not a part of the best combination and which is called kicker.

Any technical issue cancels all payouts and the game.

Cards

Individual cards are ordered descending as follows: Ace (high or low), King, Queen, Jack, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3 and 2.

Ace can be the strongest card of Straight – Ace, King, Queen, Jack, 10 – or the weakest card of Straight – 5, 4, 3, 2, Ace.

Possible poker hands from the highest payout to the lowest:

• Royal Flush – a hand which consists of the same suit Ace, King, Queen, Jack and 10.

• Straight Flush – a hand which includes five cards in sequence all of the same suit, e.g. 9, 8, 7, 6 and 5, all Hearts.

• Four of a Kind – a hand which includes all four cards of one rank and any other card. For example if the player has four Aces, this is a Four of a Kind. Quads with higher ranking cards defeat lower ranking ones.

• Full House – a hand that contains three matching cards of one rank and two matching cards of another rank, e.g. three Kings and two Sixes. Between two Full Houses, the one with the higher ranking three cards wins.

• Flush – a hand where all five cards are of the same suit, but not in a sequence, e.g. give cards that are all Clubs. Two flushes are compared as if they were high card hands; the highest ranking card of each is compared to determine the winner. If both hands have the same highest card, then the second-highest ranking card is compared, and so on until a difference is found.

• Straight – a hand that contains five cards of sequential rank in at least two different suits, e.g. Nine, Eight, Seven, Six and Five in two or more suits. Two straights are ranked by comparing the highest card of each. Two straights with the same high card are of equal value, as suits are not used to separate them.

• Three of a Kind – a hand that contains three cards of the same rank, plus two cards which are not of this rank or the same as each other. For example, a player having three Kings in their hand would have Three of a Kind. Higher-valued Three of a Kind defeat lower-valued Three of a Kind. If two hands contain Three of a Kind of the same value, the Kickers are compared to break the tie.

• Two Pairs – a hand that contains two cards of the same rank, plus two cards of another rank (that match each other but not the first pair), plus any card not of either rank. An example of this would be having two Aces and two Kings. To rank two hands both containing Two Pairs, the higher ranking pair of each is first compared, and the higher pair wins. If both hands have the same top pair, then the second pair of each is compared. If both hands have the same two pairs, the Kicker determines the winner.

• Pair – a hand that contains two cards of one rank (e.g. two Kings), plus three cards which are not of this rank or the same as each other. Pair is the lowest hand you can be paid out for. Higher ranking pairs defeat lower ranking pairs. If two hands have the same pair, the Kickers are compared in descending order to determine the winner.

• High Card - a high-card or no-pair hand is a poker hand made of any five cards not meeting any of the above requirements. Essentially, no hand is made, and the only thing of any meaning in the player's hand is their highest card.

Payouts

Call bet payout is 1:1.

Depending on the game provider, payouts might be different. Provider specific payouts can be found from Live Casino Casino Hold’em Poker tables.

Return to Player

Theoretical return to player in Casino Hold’em Poker is:

• Ante bet – at least 97.84%

- Return to player

Game objective

The objective of Three Card Poker is to beat dealer’s hand by getting a higher three card combination.

How to play?

At the beginning of the game, the player needs to place an Ante bet and the player also has an option to place Pair Plus and/or 6 Card Bonus bet. After Ante bet is done, the player receives three face up cards. Three cards dealt to the dealer are facing down. After three cards have been dealt, the player has two options: Fold which means giving up the Ante bet and finishing the game or Play which means that the player needs to place a bet equal to the

Ante bet. Once the player has decided, the dealer reveals his/her three cards. Terms

• Ante – a bet required to begin a hand. All players who wish to receive cards must place an Ante bet. Ante bet is always paid out 1:1, if the player wins or the dealer does not qualify.

• Ante Bonus payout – this applies to the player’s Ante bet. Ante Bonus Payout will be paid out in accordance with the payout table. Ante Bonus will be paid out even when the dealer fails to qualify or has a better hand than the player. Ante Bonus will be paid out always and not comparing with the dealer’s hand.

• Fold – player decides not to continue the game and loses all bets.

• Not Qualified (No Hand) – dealer’s all three cards are lower than Queen and there aren’t any other combinations.

• Pair Plus Bonus – a side bet based on the player’s three cards. Pair Plus Bonus requires an Ante bet.

• 6 Card Bonus – optional bonus bet which is based on the dealer’s and player’s best five cards out of six.

• Play – in Poker, to play (call) is to match the current bet. After the initial deal, players who wish to stay in the hand, must make a Call bet. Call bet is always equal to the value of the Ante bet.

• Push – a tie hand between the dealer and the player. A round of play where neither the dealer nor the player wins. This happens occasionally when the player and the dealer have the same ranking hand.

Cards

In Three Card Poker, Straight has a higher value ranking than a Flush. That is simply because there are fewer ways to make a three card Straight than a three card Flush.

Possible poker hands from the highest payout to the lowest:

• Mini Royal – a hand with suited Ace, King and Queen.

• Straight Flush – a hand that contains three cards in sequence, all of the same suit, e.g. King, Queen, Jack, all Diamonds.

• Three of a Kind – a hand that contains three cards of the same rank, e.g. a player having three Kings in their hand would have Three of a Kind. Higher-valued Three of a Kind defeats lower-valued Three of a Kind.

• Straight – a hand that contains three cards of sequential rank in at least two different suits, e.g. Nine, Eight, Seven in two or more suits. Two straights are ranked by comparing the highest card of each. Two straights with the same high card are of equal value, as suits are not used to separate them.

• Flush – a hand where all three cards are of the same suit, but not in a sequence, e.g. three cards that are all Clubs. Two flushes are compared as if they were high card hands; the highest ranking card of each is compared to determine the winner. If both hands have the same highest card, then the second-highest ranking card is compared and so on until a difference is found, otherwise – it is a Push.

• Pair – a hand that contains two cards of one rank, e.g. two Kings, plus one card which is not of this rank. Higher ranking pairs defeat lower ranking pairs. If two hands have the same pair, the Kickers are compared in descending order to determine the winner. If Kickers are the same, it is a Push.

• High Card – a hand which must contain Queen, King or Ace and there a no other combinations.

The individual cards are ranked in descending order as following: Ace (high or low), King, Queen, Jack, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3 and 2.

7. CARIBBEAN STUD POKER GAME RULES

- Game objective

- Side bets

- Return to player

Game objective

Caribbean Stud Poker is a variation of the popular Texas Hold’em Poker. Caribbean Stud Poker differs from Texas Hold’em by the fact that it is played against the house, not other players. The objective of Caribbean Stud Poker is to get a five card hand which is better from the dealer’s hand.

How to play?

Caribbean Stud Poker is played with one deck of cards which contains 52 cards (jokers are excluded). One deck of cards is used to play one game and cards are shuffled after each game round.

To begin the game, the player needs to place an Ante bet. After Ante bet is done, the dealer deals 5 face up cards to the player and one face up and four face down cards for himself/herself.

The player needs to decide whether to keep playing (Call) or end the game round (Fold). If the player decides to Call, the game round continues and the player needs to place a Call bet which is twice the size of an Ante bet. If the player decides to Fold, the game round ends for the player and he/she loses the Ante bet.

Once the player has made the decision, the dealer reveals the four face down cards.

To determine the winner, the player’s best highest possible 5 card hand is compared to the dealer’s hand.

Side Bets

5+1 Bonus

5+1 Bonus is an optional side bet. Player wins the 5+1 bonus bet if player’s five cards plus the dealer’s first face up card form a Three of a Kind or better hand.

In the beginning of a new game round, after Ante bet, the player gets a chance to make 5+1 Bonus bet which is equal or bigger than the minimum bet. 5+1 Bonus bet can only be made if player’s Ante bet has been accepted.

Game outcome

To qualify in the game, the dealer has to have at least an Ace and King or a higher card.

The lowest qualifying hand is Ace, King, 4, 3, 2 and the highest non-qualifying hand is Ace, Queen, Jack, 10, 9. If the dealer does not qualify for the game, the player still wins money with Ante bet but the Call bet is returned (Pushed).

If the dealer does qualify for the game and beats the player, the player loses Ante and Call bets.

If the dealer qualifies for the game but the player beats the dealer, the player wins with the Ante bet and Call bet is paid out according to the paytable.

If the dealer and the player have a tie, both Ante and Call bets are pushed to the player.

Cards

The individual cards are ranked in descending order as following: Ace (high or low), King, Queen, Jack, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3 and 2.

Ace can be the highest card of a Straight, e.g. Ace, King, Queen, Jack, 10 or the lowest card of a Straight, e.g. 5, 4, 3, 2, Ace.

• High Card – a hand consisting of five cards and has no pair and does not comply with other requirements. Poker hand is not formed and the only card which counts is the highest card in the hand.

SPORTSBOOK

1.1. General Betting Rules:

1.1.1. Any claims and protests on decisions regarding bets must be sent to Operator within 14 days after the event/bet original starting time. Unless Operator will receive the complaints within this time limit, they will be denied. Claims and protests shall be sent to support.quick.bet/en.

1.1.2. Operator does not allow Customers to cancel any bets already made. It is important that you carefully check your bet before you confirm it. Bets will be valid, subject to meeting the criteria for placing of bets laid down in these terms and conditions, if accepted by the Operator transactions server. Operator is not liable for the settlement of any bets where Operator has not issued a written confirmation of acceptance of the bet or where Operator is unable to display that bet in your profile pages (“Transactions” or “Betting history” pages) of the Website.

1.1.3. Operator reserves the right to refuse to accept any bet. Any already accepted bet can be cancelled by the Operator if it does not comply with the Rules or if there is an obvious misprint from our point. In such circumstances a bet can even be cancelled after the result has been confirmed.

1.1.4. It is against the Rules to make bets on the same match in identical or different combinations to transcend our limits.

1.1.5. We offer single bets on all of our gaming objects, and the odds are guaranteed once you confirm the bet. However, we reserve the right to change the odds on the objects being offered. In any cases, you keep the odds on your confirmed bet even if a change will be made later on.

1.1.6. The maximum number of objects permitted in a parlay is thirty (30).

1.1.7. The maximum and minimum betting amount may vary between different kinds of gaming objects. The maximum betting amount on individual gaming objects can be reduced as bets are being made.

1.1.8. There will be limits on winnings at different levels. The amounts are independent from betting amounts and odds. If a confirmed bets betting amount is exceeding these standards, we will reduce the betting amount.

1.1.9. If there are more winners in an event, the odds will be divided between the number of winners. However, the odds will not be lower than 1.0.

1.1.10. Bets made on non-starting (for example injured participant) will be refunded unless stated otherwise.

1.1.11. We do not accept parlays where two or more objects will affect each other. Even if the customer will have such a bet accepted by mistake, we will cancel such bets afterwards. In such circumstances bets can also be cancelled after the result has been determined. Please be advised that, when we are cancelling such bets, the whole bet will be cancelled, even if parts of them are valid.

1.1.12. We reserve the right to cancel any bets from customers who place money on an event where they are involved as participants, referees, coaches, or similar circumstances.

1.1.13. If a match is suspected of unfair play, Operator reserves the right to keep any payments on hold until event organizer will confirm the results of such event and/or investigation by relevant authorities will be finished. If the unfair play can be verified, Operator has the right to cancel such bets.

1.1.14. Normally bets are open until the official starting time of the event. Sometimes an event starts earlier than first posted, with us being unaware of it, or that we have the wrong starting time. Any bets received after the event start will be cancelled.

1.1.15. In the event of a dispute over the time at which a bet was placed, the time at which it was recorded on the transactional log will be agreed as the time at which the bet was placed. The customer must check the account balance each time the customer logs onto the Website. In the event of a query, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify Operator at the earliest opportunity together with the customer’s record of transactions since the customer’s balance was last verified.

1.1.16. If a match/event is postponed by more than 12 hours from it’s original starting time, all bets on that match/event will be voided and the stake amount will be refunded to your account. If a match/event is interrupted without an official result, the stake will be refunded unless the match/event is resumed within 12 hours of the original starting time. If there is an official result within 12 hours of original starting time all placed bets will stand. The rule above does not include tennis. Bets on tennis matches will only be cancelled if the match is not completed before the tournament is over.

1.5.1.1. The betting odds shall range from 1 to 15,000. In case of a combined bet, the maximum betting odds shall be 7,500.

1.5.1.2. The greater the mathematical probability of guessing the outcome of the betting event, the lower the betting odds shall be. The lower the mathematical probability of guessing the outcome of the betting event, the greater the betting odds shall be applicable.

1.5.1.3. Lower odds shall be set for the favourite of the event and higher odds shall be set for the outsider of the match.

1.5.1.4. The odds shall be increased by reducing the customer’s probability of guessing the outcome of the betting event by means of a handicap. The odds shall be reduced by increasing the Customer’s probability of guessing the outcome of the betting event by means of handicap.

1.6. Cancellation of the Bet and Main Rules of Determining the Outcomes of the Bet

1.6.1. In the event of cancellation of a bet, the betting odds shall be deemed to be equivalent to 1 and the stake amount shall be repaid to the Customer.

1.6.2. The bet shall be cancelled if the betting event has not occurred. The betting event shall be deemed to have not occurred if it has not actually occurred irrespective of whether it had to occur or did not have to occur. The betting event shall also be deemed to have not occurred if it does not meet the terms and conditions set out in Paragraph 4.6.6. hereof. If the time of the betting event indicated in the betting offers differs from the time of the betting event that has actually occurred, the betting event shall be deemed to have not occurred.

1.6.3. The bet shall be cancelled if the participant of the betting event for which/whom the bet was placed has not participated in the betting event. The bet shall also be cancelled if the participant has not participated in the betting event despite the fact that his participation was published in the betting offers including the cases where the name, surname, gender (where the participants of the events are men, no reference shall be provided; where the participants of the event are women, the reference “Women” shall be additionally inserted in the betting offers), age group (indicated in case of participation of young athletes or veteran athletes) of the participant(s) of the betting event was not indicated or was incorrectly indicated or the disability of the participants of the betting event was not indicated in the betting offers as a result of a mistake.

1.6.5. The bet shall be cancelled if the betting event operator amends the regulation of the event (for example, changes the duration of the match, the number of Customers etc.).

1.6.6. The bet shall be cancelled if the Customer has placed his/her bet or the Operator has accepted his/her bet after the beginning of the betting event. In case of live betting, the bet shall be cancelled only in case where the Customer has placed his/her bet or the Operator has accepted his/her bet after the outcome of the event is clear (for example, bets for the winner of the first half shall be cancelled if the bets are placed already well after the end of the first half). In all cases, bets shall be cancelled if the Customer has placed his/her bet or the Operator has accepted his/her bet well after the end of the betting event. If the start of the betting event does not coincide with the information published in the official sources of information, the actual start of the event shall be deemed to be the start of the bet.

1.6.7. The bet shall be cancelled if the event does not occur within 12 hours from the start time of the event published by the betting event operator, except in cases where the betting operator indicates the duration of the event which is longer than one day (for example, snooker, cricket) unless the present Regulation provides for otherwise.

1.6.8. For convenience of the Customers, the betting offers shall first (1) indicate the host/home team, and second (2) the guest team. This shall not constitute grounds for cancellation of the bet unless indicated otherwise.

1.6.9. In the event of cancellation of a combined or systemic bet, only the betting odds of the particular betting outcome shall be changed; whereas the betting odds of other outcomes included in the combination shall not be subject to change.

1.6.10. In case of bets for sports matches, all betting outcomes shall be set with regard to the regular time of the match, unless the present Regulation provides for otherwise. If the Operator offers to place a bet only for two outcomes of the bet (1 – first team, 2 – second team), i.e. the Operator does not offer to place a bet for X, i.e. draw, only outcome 1 (first team) and outcome 2 (second team) of the betting event shall be set with regard to the time of the whole match (i.e. the watch time with extensions) and all other outcomes of the betting event shall be established with regard to the regular time of the match (i.e. the match time without extensions), unless the present Regulation provides for otherwise.

1.6.11. The betting events shall be deemed to have occurred despite the fact that they have not actually finished if match has already lasted at least:

Football – 60 min.

Basketball (NBA) – 40 min.

European basketball or in case of playing according to the FIBA and WNBA rules – 35 min.

Ice hockey (NHL) – 54 min.

European ice hockey – 50 min.

American football – 50 min.

Baseball – For result purposes: 5 innings, but for the outcomes of the betting event “total” and “handicap” – at least 9 innings.

Handball – 50 min.

1.6.12. Bets for the outcomes “home/guest” shall be accepted for the number of matches indicated in the betting offers. If one of the matches does not occur, the bet shall be cancelled.

1.6.13. In case of bets with the betting outcome “home/guest”, the scores (goals and other results) of the home and guest teams during the match time indicated in the betting offers shall be calculated. Bets with the outcomes “home/guest” shall be accepted only before the start of the first match.

1.6.14. The outcome of the betting event “advance” shall be determined according to the final result of the match and only after the end of a series of matches (if any).

1.6.15. In pursuance of ensuring fair betting, if the Customer places a combined bet with the combination of the events determining each other and the Operator erroneously accepts such bet, such bet shall be cancelled.

1.6.16. If a betting event is terminated and does not occur within 12 hours from the start of the event, the bets for the outcomes of the bet which have not occurred as a result of termination of the event or may be influenced by the continuation of the match shall be cancelled. The bets for the outcomes of the bet that have occurred before termination of the event, or are not influenced by the continuation of the match, shall be accepted. The provisions of the present paragraph shall not be applicable to the events provided for in Paragraph 81 hereof.

1.6.17. If several participants of the betting event or outcomes are published as the winners of the betting event, the winning amount shall be calculated by dividing the betting odds indicated in the betting slip from the number of the successful participants or outcomes. The recalculated betting odds cannot be lower than 1.

For example, in case where several participants or outcomes of the betting event are recognized as successful, the first Customer chooses the outcome “Maze, Tina (SLO) will rank first” in the women's alpine skiing downhill category in the Winter Olympic Games with the betting odds 3.4 and places a bet of GBP 10. Meanwhile, the second Customer chooses the outcome “Gisin, Dominique (SUI) will rank first” with the betting odds 8 from the betting offers and places of bet of GBP 10. At the end of the competition, Maze, Tina (SLO) and Gisin, Dominique (SUI) are recognized as the winners with the equal results 1:41:57 (distance coverage time) and they are awarded with the Olympic gold medals. As there are two winners, the winnings are disbursed to both Customers, but 2 times lower odds are applicable: GBP 17 (1.7x10=17) for the first Customer and GBP 40 (4x10=40) for the second Customer

1.7. Other Special Cases

1.7.1. Where the Operator is not convinced of reliability of the outcome of the betting event published in the official sources of information, it shall be entitled to defer confirmation of the result up to 3 (three) working days. The Operator shall publish this in website. Upon expiry of the period of deferral, the winning shall be disbursed in accordance with the adjusted data available in the official sources of information or, where such adjustments are not available, according to the original data.

1.7.2. If the outcome of the betting event (a complaint has been lodged) is contested before publication of the original match record (statistical data published immediately after the match), disbursements of all related winnings shall be deferred to the date of examination of the opposition (complaint).

1.7.3. In case of cancellation or change of the result of the betting event (for example, due to disqualification of a team or a Customer, officiating, amendments to the terms and conditions etc.), the original result that has been published before contesting it shall be deemed to be the valid result of the betting event.

1.7.4. If the Operator makes a mistake in accepting the bet placed by the Customer and finds out about such mistake before or after the start of the betting event, the bet shall be cancelled. A mistake of the Operator shall be deemed to include (but shall not be limited to) the following cases: (i) setting the betting odds which is obviously erroneous; (ii) a comma is missing; (iii) where due to a technical error in live betting the betting odds in the betting offers are not updated and does not reflect the real course of the match; (iv) the positive sign is reversed with the negative sign; (v) the additional betting event offers do not meet the main offers of the outcomes of the same event (winner, handicap, total etc.); (vi) the odds of the outcome significantly differ from the odds of the same outcome in the offers of other betting operators (e.g. Bet365, Pinnacle, etc.).

1.8. Separate Types of Bets

1.8.1. If the provisions concerning operation of a betting event envisaged in the present section hereof are contrary to the general provisions, the betting operation provisions set out in the present section hereof shall prevail.

Live Betting

1.8.2. In case of live betting, bets on the outcomes of the betting event with the possible option “handicap” may be presented in the following two ways:

1.8.2.1. Indicating two possible outcomes: “first participant handicap” and “second participant handicap”.

1.8.2.2. Indicating three possible outcomes: “first participant handicap”, “draw with handicap” and “second participant handicap”.

If, in case of live betting, two possible outcomes of the betting event are offered and the result of the handicap indicated in the betting offers is achieved, the bet shall be cancelled. If, in case of live betting, three possible outcomes of the betting event are offered and the result of the handicap indicated in the betting offers is achieved, the bet “draw with handicap” shall be deemed to be successful and the bets “first participant handicap”, “second participant handicap” shall be deemed to have lost.

Tennis

1.8.3. The player who wins the games in a tennis match shall win the set. The player who wins the sets in accordance with the procedure prescribed in the tennis match regulation shall win the match.

1.8.4. If one of the players in a tennis match fails to finish the match, the bets for the winner of the match and the bets for the tennis statistics (aces, double faults, pass speed etc.) and the outcomes of the bets that have not occurred before termination of the event, or that could be influenced by continuation of the match, shall be cancelled. The bets for the tennis statistics (aces, double faults, pass speed etc.) and the outcomes of the bets that have occurred before termination of the event, or which are not influenced by continuation of the match, shall be accepted. (For example, the tennis match ATP Tour. Masters Series. Rome, ITA (Clay) Nadal, Rafael (ESP) - Federer, Roger (SUI) were terminated when the result was 6:4 1:6 0:3 because Nadal, Rafael (ESP) refused to continue the match due to a trauma. The bets for the outcomes 1.2, third set winner 2, game total under 24.5, second participant game handicap 2.5 shall be cancelled. The bets for the following outcomes: second set winner 1, game total over 22.5, first participant game handicap -1.5, first participant set handicap 1.5, shall be accepted).

1.8.5. If any one of the participants of the betting event has not started playing the scheduled tennis match (for example, due to disqualification, trauma etc.), the bet shall be cancelled.

1.8.6. If in the course of the tournament a tennis match is terminated and not finished on the same day and is postponed, the outcome of the match shall be determined when the match is finished in the tournament (except for the cases where the place of the match is changed. In such case, the bet shall be cancelled). In case where in the course of the tournament a tennis match is terminated or not finished on the same day and is postponed and one of the participants refuses to participate in the bet, the bet shall be cancelled. If a tennis match is terminated and not finished on the same day, the Operator shall be entitled to offer to place new bets again (the bets that have already been placed shall remain valid, except for the cases of cancellation thereof set out in the Regulation) despite the fact that the match has already started, i.e. offer to place bets for the outcome of the bet as a new event indicating the result that was recorded at the moment of termination or early finishing of the match in the betting offers.

1.8.7. If one of the participants refuses to take part in the tennis doubles match (i.e. does not appear on the tennis court) or in doubles match one player is substituted by another player, the bet shall be cancelled.

1.8.8. Bets are not annulled in case of a team‘s line-up change in tennis if these teams’ titles were specified in the betting selection.

1.8.9. The bet shall not be influenced by the cover on which the tennis match takes place (even if different cover is indicated in the betting offers).

1.8.10. If after an even number of sets in the tennis match the result is a tie and the championship-like “tie-break” (10 scores with the final handicap of two scores achieved by one of the tennis players/teams) is played in the decisive set to identify the winner, the results of the decisive set shall be deemed to be equal to the game results.

1.8.11. If for any reason the tennis match is postponed for more than 12 hours, all bets shall remain valid until the end of the match or tournament.

Football

1.8.12. The time added by the referee shall be included in the regular time of the football match in the bet.

1.8.13. Bets with the outcomes “handicap”, “total”, “range” and all additional statistics shall be possible only for the regular time of the football match.

1.8.14. If in the course of the match two yellow cards are issued against the player resulting in a red card being issued against the player, both yellow and red cards shall be counted. If a red card is not immediately issued, only the yellow card shall be counted.

1.8.15. 11-metre penalty kicks after extensions of the match to decide an overall winner of the match shall not be considered as 11-metre penalty kicks in the betting event and also shall not be counted as the penalty-kicks taken by the player towards the result that was recorded before the above series of penalty kicks took place to determine the final result of the match.

1.8.16. No own goals shall be counted in the betting event, i.e. it shall not be deemed that the player has scored the goal.
